Postal Woman
The proposal "Postal Woman" stems from my interest in working together with the word as image artistic action. Being the common theme of the exhibition Custom, decontextualise objects that may be common or close to a performative action,Mannequin on stand, is very interesting because of its relevance can take a simple object shown in a different way. In this proposal the chosen object is the Postal. En Postal Woman, the body is the vehicle and to provide suitable support-suit (mono white paper-like material) words and postcards. The themes that show both the visual and the written language are different: Arts, Exhibitions, Nature, Travel, Dreams, Cultures,… All elements speak of a cultural and social landscape that builds a suit and a fabric own personal, fact of their memory and life experience. Target: To create and display their own identity and culture through the contents of the postcard as an aesthetic object and communicative. Articles about the event: New Spain. Life is good.
